To students, parents and families - I was away from school this week, as my husband was, and is still in the ICU at the hospital.

In class Tuesday students made posters of the classroom lab safety rules.

On Wednesday and Thursday students discussed the characteristics of a good map, and then created a scale model map of the classroom, and on Friday, students completed some in-class notes on elevation, relief, and the three major types of landforms.

Students will get their exams from Sept. 25th back tomorrow (Monday)and will be working on maps the remainder of the week.
